jump71 > didn't hold the arch and didn't glide thru.  Snapped out of arch by lifting chin before the buttocks cleared.
jump71 > at this point there is no need to gain additional lift from the plant leg knee.  in so doing, the body has a hard time getting flat and parallel to the bar.  This portion of the jump should be a ~6" over-the-bar glide by holding the arch until the buttocks clears.
